Our Beers: Superstition Pale Ale

The Superstition Mountains are located east of Phoenix and many legends were born in this desert mountain range. Legend has it, that once bitten by a gila monster(pictured on the label), it wont let go. We find this to be true of people trying our Superstition Pale Ale. Once you've tasted it, its hard to let go of.

Mogollon Superstition Pale Ale is hand brewed in small 600 gallon batches using equal amounts of 2-Row and Pale Ale malts with Boulander, Vienna , Caramel 120L, Carapils and Victory malts added in the blend to give this beer its malty fullness. We don't skimp on the hops with this beer using over 22 pounds of Galena , Goulding and Cascade hops in each 600 gallon batch. The result is a well-balanced, crisp and refreshing beer with a very pronounced hop character
