Our Beers: Hefevenom

From Arizona 's high country comes Mogollon Hefevenom, a medium-bodied, lightly hopped ale brewed in the true Bavarian tradition. Our brewers combine mountain pure water, select wheat and domestic malted grain, hops and yeast to create a highly refreshing ale with a pronounced banana and clove bouquet. Unfiltered for extra flavor, you can expect to find a small amount of yeast remaining in each bottle. Enjoy! We use a large amount of malted wheat grain along with a combination of 2-Row, Munich 10L, Carmel 10L & Carapils in each 600 gallon batch. This is a lightly hopped beer using small amounts of Cascade for bittering and Crystal hops for flavor and aroma, don't let the smoothness and drinkability of this beer fool you, its 6.5% alcohol will bite ya.
